There are higher levels of owner occupied and lower levels of rented (private and social) compared to the rest of Conwy, so there is a clear need for Affordable Housing for local people.

  Maybe use the land to build apartments rather than retirement flats/sheltered housing as we already have enough coverage for the over 50s market, there are some 20+ people that can't afford to get on the ladder in anyway without some first time buyer/rental schemes.
