Alternative Supermarket

When the post offices closes an Aldi or an Iceland would be brilliant to give Tesco a run for their money. There is no transport available for OAPs to go anywhere else.

  • Lets get rid of these chains and bring back Abergele being a Market town and give small establishments a chance.

  • Encouraging a low cost supermarket such as Aldi/Lidl to the town would be a great benefit to many.
Most importantly to the people who find Tesco too expensive and have no means of travel elsewhere.
How many Abergele residents and those who pass through Abergele from the rural areas drive straight to Colwyn Bay or Rhyl - shop and use other businesses there, without stopping to use businesses in Abergele, some businesses here must offer the same services as other towns. Abergele people need to use and support what is in their local area.
