  At last an excellent suggestion. Relocate the Health Centre behind the library either to Abergele Hospital or move it to the Doctor’s Surgery.
  The vacated building should be changed for use as an Art and Craft Centre/ Museum/Community use. Open up the under used closed car park next to it. I also suggest that the vacated Slaters Garage site next to Abergele High School to be used to build a small theatre for amateur Dramatics rehearsal site and shows. Used by the school in the day and the people of the town at night. There is ample parking in the school available.

  Some sort of Arts Venue would be a great addition to Abergele for locals and will attract visitors.

  Studios for commercial artists, work rooms for classes, gallery spaces, places for art clubs to meet, areas for artists and craft-makers to sell their work, space to hold craft fairs.

  Small theatre space, is there any amateur dramatics in Abergele? somewhere for musicians to perform, small screen cinema.
