The town’s footpaths, green links and cycle ways need enhancing and promoting to encourage people to make use of them and improve sustainable access links between residential areas, employment zones, the town centre, open space and the seaside.

  There are plenty of footpaths in Abergele area but no cycle lanes. Most of them are in a poor condition due to neglect. They need to be improved so that children can cycle to school safely improving their health and cutting down on school run traffic. All it needs is some imagination for very little cost.
