Improve buildings in town centre eg above Indian Restaurant - safety issues? (plus it looks unsightly - THI?)

  Yes agreed, some buildings above the shops need attention and
  general tidiness is needed of the whole town centre.
  Remove grass growing on the pavement outside some of the businesses and the 'mess' that is dropped from the tops of some buildings needs to be cleaned up quicker.

• 

  All empty buildings should be maintained by owners or they get fined. ie Old Surgery, House at top of Sea Road etc
