Abergele needs more houses, both private and council.

  All services are stretched as it is. Some people buy houses here because they are cheaper but travel away to work and don't contribute much to the town. Local people should be given priority especially where Housing Associations are involved.

  Schools are stretched as it is. I agree more affordable houses are needed and local abergele area people should have priority over outside people moving into the town. My husband and I have lived in abergele all our lives and we struggled to afford a house in Abergele and nearly bought in llanddulas or bodelwyddan . The number of houses built should reflect the capacity of the schools and road infrastructure.

  Regenerate the present building stock - restore the historic buildings that are empty around the town to preserve its character and uniqueness
