Public Conveniences on the Sea Road end of Pentre Mawr Park

The reasons for this request are well known locally, and mostly self-evident. However, I believe that an imminent change in the Law means that such a facility will become obligatory, in the context of a public park that hosts all sorts of public activities, including those of a sporting nature. I believe that having such a facility would encourage further use of the park, increase the amount of sporting activity in Abergele and make it a more attractive venue for visiting sports teams.

  • As users of the football pitch on the Sea Road side, Pentre FC would like to back the calls for toilet facilities for the use of all the park users, if we can get storage and maybe somewhere to sell teas/coffees during match days adjacent to any new provision we can concentrate on giving the youngsters from our club with coaching and enjoyment in sport, in a safe and modern environment. As currently allowing children to go to the toilet in bushes etc. is simply not acceptable.
