Pentre Mawr Park is a great asset to the town, but much more could be made of it. Some possible enhancements include refurbishment to the sports pavilion to include public toilets and encouragement/support for a Sports Association. Improved lighting and planting in the park, public art/sculptures, provision of community based sensitivity and quiet garden would all improve the facilities and broaden the appeal to a wider range of users.

Where is the Sports Pavilion? Yes definitely needed along with toilets etc.
Didn't know there was a Pavilion, unless you mean the small building by the bowling green, which we have never visited.
Good idea. There is no suitable place to host events such as gigs in Abergele. With the car park this seems to be an ideal place. I have enjoyed many a fun night in football/rugby clubs in other towns. The Rugby Club in Rhos-on-Sea runs a community café and is used for parties. Because the Park is such a busy place, I'm sure that a cafe would do well there.
