  I submitted this idea before the go live date and just re submitted it formerly before spotting it here. Prestatyn has a Free Routemaster circular service linking the town and the beach on Tuesday's and this could easily be adapted for Abergele linking the town, Gwrych Castle, beach, railway station and back to town. Free parking is the best thing to get people visiting and spending money in local shops.
